Season phenology: average

Weather conditions:

May was relatively warm, June slightly colder than normal and July hot. The whole summer was dry. Extremal weather events were not recorded.

Breeding conditions:

Breeding conditions and numbers of most species were similar to previous years. Numbers of Arctic Terns were the only ones increasing due to mass appearance of the Thornback Gasterosteus aculeatus during last 2-3 years.
